Lounge

The Lounge is a comfortable size and is decorated in neutral warm colours. 

Windows have silver venetian blinds and cream suede effect curtains with a polished chrome effect curtain rail and matching holdbacks. 

There is a T.V. arial socket and we currently have SKY T.V. installed.  There is also a phone socket and plenty electrical sockets available.

The living room has 1 storage heater, we removed one as we did not require it.  There is also a small electric fire, again we do not use this at present as we do not feel a need for it.

The living room is at the front of the house.  Just off the living room, under the stairs is a large cupboard, again offering extra storage.
